WhY armadillo holistic therapy?

Holistic therapies treat the whole person - mind, body and soul. The Armadillo is resilient and clever - just like you. Like you, it’s also utterly glorious under its protective outer layer. I want to help you relax, lower the defences of everyday life and find your inner softness and glow.

In states of relaxation, the body is allowed to repair at the cellular level. Whichever treatments you book, you will be given time, attention, care and space to breathe and relax. My treatment room is cosy, private, fragrant and peaceful.

The treatments we offer at Armadillo aim to relax, restore and re-energise. We offer a range of therapies, including massage, aesthetics, skincare and wellness treatments.

Our Holistic Therapy Centre is based in Debenham, Suffolk.
